Commitment & Expectations

Joseph will teach live for ~20-minutes each day during the challenge, followed by a 10 minute non-recorded huddle.

Can I invite family and friends?

What if I can't attend live?

No problem! Some participants will attend live, but some will watch the video replays on our Facebook Group.

How do I interact with the community?
